Transaction & Refund related

How will I get to know whether my recharge transaction has been successful?

You will get to see recharge confirmation message on your screen.
  • Mobile Recharge: We will also send you a mail receipt on your email id (if you provide it when recharging) & SMS on your mobile number post a successful recharge.
  • Photon Recharge: Since the email ID is mandatory, we will send a transaction receipt for all successful transaction on your email ID.
  • Alternatively, you could Track Transaction Status to know the status of your last recharge.

My money was deducted but I did not get benefits, how soon will I get my refund.?

  • In case your money has been deducted & benefits are not credited, we will process your refund amount within 3 working days.

My money is neither in bank account nor did I get the benefit, what could be wrong?
